There are various methods of construction a model ship, but one of the easiest is the ‘sandwich’ or ‘built-up’ method. It adds cutting out horizontal layers of a fitting material like sheet styrene or balsa in the shape of the hull’s waterline plan, then the plan of the next deck up, and so on until all the decks are represented.
